Comments: Its easy to leave great reviews for a good company when everything goes great. The difference, however, between a good provider and a great provider is how they handle a problem. Admittedly, we had an issue and David recognized it immediately. Within a day his team was on it and resolved the issue perfectly. Their customer service is precisely what you d want as a home owner. Their communication is as good as it gets and David regularly checked in with me, personally, to ensure the job was done right and to our liking. Their work is of the utmost quality and their punctuality was remarkable. Their team was one time, cognizant of working in our home, and polite. If you re looking for a flooring provider this is the team you want working in your home. Our outcome was precisely what we wanted and we couldn t be happier.

Comments: An old saying is : if it's too good to be true, then it probably is: Well this company is the exception. My floors were trashed with water stains and years of abuse, not by me. After refinishing them they look like brand new floors in a house built in 1956. I called David on Friday afternoon and a week and a half later they were done. David and everyone in his crew are very professional and easy to work with. I've got floors upstairs I am now going to have them redone after how beautiful my floors are downstairs.
